The Front Desk position plays a vital role within the team, as they are the face of the facility, whose main goal is to deliver the Primal experience to the community.  The Front Desk Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager and Head Coach to foster and retain current members, and welcome new members. The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, is able to overcome objections, and has a willingness to grow our thriving membership community.  Proficiency in Mindbody is a plus.

Requirements should include some sort of English Language certification.  Or proven ability to have a well spoken conversation in English.

We’re looking for Front Desk Officer for Primal Performance Lab with:

– Greet, welcome, interact and check-in members and guests professionally at all times.
– Ensuring prompt and professional phone answering service.
– Render high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and requests are attended to in a timely manner; referring to Supervisor, Manager if necessary.
– Assist to ensure procedures and systems are practiced within the scope/requirement of the Company.
– Ensure proper handling of all sale transactions with issuance of official receipts.
– Ensure all documents are checked and verified before POS.
– Ensure marketing promotions are accurate and adhered to as per Company policies and standards.
– Assist with collection of outstanding balance.
– Assist/promote shoe locker, retail occupancy
– Actively contribute to ensuring the club will perform well in the monthly audits by consistently following all policies and procedures.
– Assist to achieve 5 star facility standards through auditing, feedback and reporting.
– Ensure safety of staff and members are in order at all times – train and prepare for incidents, injuries.
– Other tasks assigned by line manager and BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience;
2. Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
3. Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;
4. Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;
5. Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
6. Able to handle client’s confidential information in a professional manner;
7. Strong organizational & planning skills;
8. Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
9. Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken.
10. Experience in working as receptionist position in fitness field is a plus
11. Professional attitude and appearance
12. Cheerful disposition, dependable, meticulous, flexible on job scope, punctual in attendance & reporting
